How long does it take to ship a custom BLD gaming PC?
Standard custom builds are typically assembled by our experts and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with NZXT products?
We offer a comprehensive warranty program: 2 years for most components and cases, and a 2-year parts and labor warranty for all BLD custom PCs to ensure your hardware is protected.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
