Returns and RMA Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log in to your account, locate your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item, all cables, and accessories into the original box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the label or written on the outside of the box as instructed by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After delivery to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and an additional 7 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
